We replace older turbines with new ones and add battery storage to wind farms.
Project-based
As first-generation turbines near the end of their life, new larger-rotor turbines on the same site can double or triple output. We call this repowering.
Repowering
In the work planned for 2027 at Çakmaktepe, 18 turbines of 3 MW will give way to 9 turbines of 6 MW; capacity stays at 54 MW while annual generation is expected to rise by about 28%. Existing roads, grid and transformer infrastructure are reused.
Hybrid operation with storage
- Battery systems store energy that would be curtailed in grid constraints.
- Selling at peak hours improves the revenue profile.
- They enable participation in frequency support and ancillary service markets.
Our target is 120 MWh of battery capacity at wind sites by 2030.
Scope of service
- Replacing ageing turbines
- Battery storage integration
- Reusing existing grid assets
- Ancillary service revenue

Frequently asked questions
How many households can one wind turbine supply?
A 4 MW turbine at our sites generates about 13 GWh a year on average, equal to roughly 5,200 homes at 2.5 MWh per household.
Are turbines noisy?
Turbines are sited at least 500-1,000 m from homes. Noise is modelled to stay under 40 dBA by day at the nearest dwelling and verified by measurement during operation.
How can I tell if my land suits a wind project?
An annual average wind speed above 7 m/s, proximity to the grid and distance from settlements are the key criteria. Send your land details via the contact form; the initial assessment is free.
How is land rent determined?
Rent consists of a fixed annual fee per turbine plus a share linked to generation revenue, indexed to inflation. Most of the field stays in agricultural use.
What is the minimum consumption for a corporate PPA?
A physical PPA generally suits annual consumption of 5 GWh and above. For smaller consumers, YEK-G certificate supply is suitable.
